Directions:
Simply empty the cake mix into a large mug or bowl, add 100mls water or milk and pop in the microwave*. In less than 2 minutes you have a delicious, healthy MyMuscleMug Mug Cake! Eat straight from the mug or turn out onto a plate to add your toppings and dig in.
*Keep an eye on your mug cake, it will rise so you may need to cook in short bursts!
