All MyMuscleMug oat mixes are made using WHOLEGRAIN OATS which are full of VITAMINS, MINERALS and FIBRE. Each serving containing a minimum of 25g HIGH-QUALITY PROTEIN.
Directions:
Simply empty the oat mix into a large mug or bowl, add 100mls of boiling water or milk and stir well! In less than 2 minutes you will have a delicious, healthy MyMuscleMug Porridge! Why not making OVERNIGHT OATS, just used cold water or milk and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy by topping with fresh fruit, seeds and/or nuts for an added healthy burst!
